If an order is returned to Golden Fu by Australia Post or another applicable delivery service, we may contact the customer regarding the reason for the return and available options.

If the return occurred because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect the parcel, refusal of delivery, unpaid applicable customs charges or another circumstance within the customer's responsibility, additional shipping costs may apply if the customer requests that the order be sent again.
